Abstract: A thermal regulation system for vehicle cabins, comprising an environmental monitoring module integrated with a vehicle, including one or more solar radiation detection sensors 101, cabin temperature sensors 102, and air quality sensors 103 configured to generate real-time environmental data, an occupant detection module includes seat-integrated pressure sensors 108 and an artificial intelligence-based imaging camera 104 installed at the dashboard of the vehicle, configured to detect occupant presence and distress, a heatwave safety arrangement module includes electrochromic glass panels 105 integrated within window assemblies and a solar energy harvesting layer 106 positioned on a vehicle roof for independent power during parked conditions, a ventilation control module is communicatively coupled with vehicle fans and autonomously regulates airflow, a monitoring and cooling module integrated within a boot-space of the vehicle includes a thermal sensor and ultrasonic mist emitters to manage cabin temperature and trigger alerts during critical conditions.
