The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a thermo-structural hanging assembly for mounting an electric water heating equipment, comprising a load-bearing thermal insulating monolithic plastic structure positioned between an inner tank clamp and an outer cabinet. The monolithic plastic structure is configured to engage with the inner tank clamp attached to the inner tank and provide a thermally isolated load transfer path to an external wall mounting interface. The assembly further comprises an engineered inverted wall mount pocket configured to receive a wall mounting clamp. The clamp engages with the plastic structure instead of a direct metallic load path. The components are aligned and mechanically locked through integrated locating features and fastening mechanisms, followed by PU foam filling and expansion to form a rigid composite structure providing enhanced mechanical strength, thermal insulation, and electrical insulation.
