Abstract: A thirst detection-based liquid dispensing device, comprising a bottle body 101 adapted to store a liquid, a grip pressure sensor 102 integrated to detect hand pressure patterns associated with user handling, and a saliva contact sensor 103 to detect moisture level and ionic concentration of saliva for estimating hydration status, a usage pattern analyser to track frequency and timing of bottle usage, and a decision logic controller electronically coupled with the grip pressure sensor 102, the saliva contact sensor 103, and the usage pattern analyser to process sensor inputs and determine whether a drinking attempt corresponds to genuine thirst, a flow control valve 104 installed within a liquid dispensing pathway 105 of the bottle body 101 and operatively connected to the decision logic controller to permit dispensing only when genuine thirst conditions are satisfied, and a user feedback indicator configured to provide visual, audible, or haptic notification.
