The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: TITLE OF THE INVENTION: THREE PHASE DUAL ACTIVE BRIDGE CONVERTER A method and a system (100) for maximizing power transfer in a three- phase dual active bridge (DAB) converter (150), it includes monitoring, in real-time via a sensing circuit, an input current (Iin), output current (Iout), input voltage (Vin), output voltage (Vout), reference voltage (Vref), and maximum current limit (Imax) of a load, ramping a primary duty cycle of the DAB converter (150) to a predefined value, executing duty cycle modulation by varying a primary duty cycle while keeping the secondary duty cycle at a substantially fixed ratio until a boundary condition is detected, transitioning the DAB converter (150) from duty cycle modulation to phase-shift modulation upon detection of the boundary condition and when the Vout falls below the (Vref), and modulating a phase-shift angle between a primary bridge (153) and a secondary bridge (155) until the Vout is less than the Vref.
