The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a scalable modular plasma processing system for direct plasma treatment of materials, plasma- activated fluid generation, and integrated plasma processing. The system comprises one or more plasma treatment chambers (102), each including a dielectric treatment chamber, an external electrode (104), an internal electrode (105), and a non-thermal plasma region (106) generated by a high-voltage power supply (116). Materials are introduced through a feed hopper (110) and feed inlet (111), while a process-gas supply facilitates material transport and plasma control. The internal electrode may include engineered surface structures and an adjustable inclination mechanism comprising a tilt actuator (108) and an angle controller (109) to improve material movement, plasma exposure, and residence time. Multiple chambers may operate independently or collectively for direct plasma treatment, plasma-activated fluid generation, or integrated processing across agricultural, food, environmental, biomedical, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial applications.
