The timing advance (TA) determination method, which is executed by a terminal, comprises: receiving TA acquisition indication information from a network device; and according to the TA acquisition indication information, determining the value of a TA by using at least one of the following means: keeping the value of the TA unchanged; using the value of the TA determined according to a preset rule; a terminal adjusting the value of the TA; and using 0 as the value of the TA.
