The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: WE CLAIM: 1. A first apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and 5 at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the first apparatus at least to: determine, precoding matrix indicator (PMI) information based on measurements on a plurality of channel status information- reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and at least one first time offset, each of the at least one first time offset corresponding to one 10 of plurality of CSR-RS resources; and transmit, to a second apparatus, a PMI report comprising the PMI information. 2. The first apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: prior to determining the PMI information, receive, from the second apparatus, 15 information indicating the at least one first time offset determined by the second apparatus. 3. The first apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: determine, at least one second time offset by measuring a plurality of downlink reference signals; 20 transmit a measurement report comprising the at least one second time offset; and receive, from the second apparatus, the information indicating the at least one first time offset determined by the second apparatus based on the at least second time offset. 4. The first apparatus of claim 2, wherein the information indicating the at least one first 25 time offset is comprised in a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) or downlink control information (DCI). 5. The first apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: determine, the at least one first time offset by measuring a plurality of downlink 30 reference signals. 6. The first apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: transmit, to the second apparatus, information indicating the at least one first time offset 30 along with the PMI information and/or via a measurement report. 7. The first apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: after determining the at least one first time offset, store the at least one first time offset. 5 8. The first apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first apparatus is further caused to: pre-compensate at least one CSI-RS resource of the plurality of CSI-RS resources by using a respective first time offset. 10 9. The first apparatus of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of CSI-RS resources corresponds to a transmission reception point (TRP) serving the first apparatus, and the PMI report is comprised in a CSI report. 10. The first apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first apparatus comprises or is comprised 15 in a terminal apparatus, and the second apparatus comprises or is comprised in a network apparatus. 11. A second apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and 20 at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the second apparatus at least to: receive, from the first apparatus, a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) report comprising PMI information determined by the first apparatus based on measurements on a plurality of channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and at least one first 25 time offset, each of the at least one first time offset corresponding to one of plurality of CSIRS resources; and determine, based on the PMI information, a precoder to be applied for transmission between the first and second apparatuses. 30 12. The second apparatus of claim 11, wherein the second apparatus is further caused to: prior to receiving the PMI information, transmit, information indicating the at least one first time offset to the first apparatus. 31 13. The second apparatus of claim 12, wherein the second apparatus is further caused to: receive a measurement report comprising the at least one second time offset determined by the first apparatus by measuring a plurality of downlink reference signals; 5 determine the at least one first time offset based on the at least one second time offset; and transmit, to the first apparatus, the information indicating the at least one first time offset. 14. A method comprising: 10 determining, by a first apparatus, precoding matrix indicator (PMI) information based on measurements on a plurality of channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and at least one first time offset, each of the at least one first time offset corresponding to one of plurality of CSR-RS resources; and transmitting, to a second apparatus, a PMI report comprising the PMI information. 15 15. A method comprising: receiving, from a first apparatus, a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) report comprising PMI information determined by the first apparatus based on measurements on a plurality of channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and at least one first time offset, 20 each of the at least one first time offset corresponding to one of plurality of CSI-RS resources; and determining, by a second apparatus and based on the PMI information, a precoder to be applied for transmission between the first and second apparatuses.
