Abstract: Tire pressure plays an important role in vehicle safety, fuel efficiency, and overall performance. However, many drivers forget to check it regularly. This neglect can lead to accidents and higher maintenance costs. This project introduces a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) built with Arduino Nano. It provides real-time monitoring of tire pressure to improve road safety. The system uses pressure sensors connected to an HX710B module to measure tire pressure accurately. An LM2596 voltage regulator ensures a steady power supply from lithium batteries. The system processes and sends data wirelessly to a mobile device through the HC-05 Bluetooth module. This setup lets users check tire conditions easily. If the pressure levels are abnormal, the system sends immediate alerts for quick action. The combination of pneumatic connections, a compact design, and a user-friendly interface makes this system practical for vehicles. This project shows an affordable, reliable, and efficient way to monitor tire pressure continuously. It helps enhance vehicle safety and promotes preventive maintenance.
