The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a tissue-adaptive laser therapy system comprising a tissue-sensing subsystem, an electronically controllable laser source, a laser driver, a control unit and an emission-control interface. The tissue-sensing subsystem acquires a plurality of different tissue characteristics from a treatment region. The control unit generates a treatment-region-specific tissue-state representation and dynamically determines a permissible operating envelope defining allowable combinations of at least two laser-output parameters. The emission-control interface permits laser emission when a candidate parameter combination satisfies the permissible operating envelope. Following delivery of a laser pulse, at least one tissue characteristic is reacquired from the treatment region, and the control unit reconstructs the permissible operating envelope from an updated tissue-state representation before authorization of a subsequent laser pulse.
