Abstract: ABSTRACT TOOTHBRUSH WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSOR FOR ORAL HEALTH MONITORING AND DIAGNOSTICS The present invention provides a smart toothbrush (100) for oral health monitoring and diagnostics comprising an interchangeable brush head (102) having optical sensors (110) configured to perform spectroscopic analysis of tooth surface reflectance for enamel quality assessment and plaque detection, and pressure sensors (120) comprising a force sensing unit (122) for brushing force measurement. A handle assembly (190) houses motion sensors (130) comprising an accelerometer (132) and a gyroscope (134) for three-dimensional brushing technique tracking and oral coverage mapping, an AI and diagnostics module (140) with an artificial intelligence processor (142) implementing trained machine learning models for real-time diagnostic inference generating enamel condition assessments, personalized adaptive pressure feedback, bristle-type recommendations, brushing streak tracking, and health alerts via a health alert unit (144), a wireless communication module (150) providing Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi connectivity to a companion mobile application and a cloud-based dentist dashboard for remote professional monitoring, and dual charging interfaces (160) comprising a USB-C charging port (180) and a magnetic inductive charging port (170).
