Abstract: TRACKEASE PRO (ISSUE TRACKER SYSTEM): ABSTRACT: This project presents the design and implementation of TrackEase Pro, a digital issue tracker system that streamlines complaint handling, task monitoring, and resolution processes within organizations. The primary objective of this platform is to address challenges in traditional issue management such as delayed resolutions, lack of transparency, manual intervention, and limited scalability. The proposed system integrates structured issue reporting, automated status updates, rolebased access control, and centralized data management to enable seamless communication between users and administrators. It ensures secure handling of user data, supports scalable architecture, and leverages modem web technologies for efficient frontend-backend interaction. Robust authentication mechanisms safeguard privacy while administrators gain enhanced control over prioritization, assignment, and monitoring of issues. The system was evaluated through simulated organizational workflows, demonstrating improved operational efficiency, reduced resolution time, and enhanced accountability. Results indicate that TrackEase Pro significantly optimizes issue tracking, improves user satisfaction, and establishes a reliable, scalable foundation for modem organizational management.
