The Processing Unit (112) comprises an data acquisition Module (114), a Pre-processing Module (116), a Transformer Module (118), an Entity Recognition Module (120), an Information Extraction Module (122), a Data Structuring Module (124), a Decision Support Module (126), and a Report Generation Module (128). The system acquires unstructured clinical text, pre-processes the acquired clinical text, generates contextual representations, identifies clinical entities, extracts clinically relevant information, transforms the extracted information into structured clinical records, generates breast cancer diagnostic insights and treatment recommendations, and produces structured clinical reports for improved clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
