Abstract: A transistor for a display device can include a first gate electrode (G1), a first active layer (ACT1) overlapping with the first gate electrode (G1), and a first source electrode (SD1a) and a first drain electrode (SD1b) contacting the first active layer (ACT1). Also, the first active layer (ACT1) includes a first channel portion (CH1) overlapping with the first gate electrode (G1), a first conductive portion (ASD1a, ASD1b) positioned at opposite sides of the first channel portion (CH1), the first conductive portion (ASD1a, ASD1b) being doped with a first dopant and contacting the first source electrode (SD1a) and the first drain electrode (SD1b), and a dual doping portion (RDa, RDb) positioned between the first conductive portion (ASD1a, ASD1b) and the first channel portion (CH1), the dual doping portion (RDa, RDb) being doped with the first dopant and a second dopant different from the first dopant.
