Abstract: A treatment fluid supply unit includes a pump housing including an inlet and an outlet, a filter housing, the filter housing and the pump housing cooperating to define a cavity, the filter housing configured to receive the treatment fluid from the inlet, a first filter located in the cavity, the first filter extending around a first axis, a second filter located in the cavity and coupled to the first filter, the second filter located below the first filter, the second filter extending around the first axis, a first treatment fluid passage in fluid communication with the inlet, a second treatment fluid passage in fluid communication with the first treatment fluid passage, and a third treatment fluid passage in fluid communication with the outlet where the first filter has a first diameter and the second filter has a second diameter that is greater than the first diameter.
