Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a composition (100) for tri-phyto pulp gravy powder, the composition (100) comprises a guava pulp powder (102) present in 35–45% w/w of the total composition (100), wherein the guava pulp powder (102) provides pectin and bioactive phytochemicals, a beetroot pulp powder (104) present in 25- 35% w/w of the total composition (100), wherein the beetroot pulp powder (104) provides dietary nitrates as nitric oxide precursors, a pumpkin pulp powder (106) present in 25-35% w/w of the total composition (100), wherein the pumpkin pulp powder (106) provides beta-carotene and bioactive polysaccharides. The composition (100) may include the guava pulp powder (102) is obtained from post-juice-extraction fibrous residues of Psidium guajava. The composition (100) may include the beetroot pulp powder (104) is obtained from post-juice-extraction fibrous residues of Beta vulgaris. The composition (100) may include the pumpkin pulp powder (106) is obtained from post-juice-extraction fibrous residues of Cucurbita moschata.
