Abstract: A unified digital identification and visitor management system is disclosed for secure identity authentication and access control within controlled environments such as institutions, campuses, corporate facilities, and secure infrastructures.· The system comprises a centralized data storage system, identity registration module, credential generation module, scanning module, and verification module configured to authenticate users using machine-readable authentication credentials. Authorized users are issued dynamically regenerated credentials associated with persistent identity records, thereby preventing reuse of previously generated credentials. Temporary visitors are issued time-bound ·Credentials that automatically expire after a predefined validity duration. Authentication is performed through scanning devices capable of verifying credentials in real time against stored identity records and associated validity conditions. The system further jncorporates secure credential encoding, edge-level offline verification mechanisms, and automated visitor data lifecycle management to enhance security, operational reliability, and privacy protection.
