The system (104) determines, via an artificial intelligence (AI) engine (110), user engagement metrics and demographic parameters associated with the user and dynamically displays personalized content on the display unit (108). The system (104) determines and transmits offers to a user device based on the engagement metrics and/or segmented by the demographic parameters of the user, enabling the user to apply the offers via a digital platform in real time.
