Abstract: ABSTRACT UNIFIED PLATFORM FOR QR MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION PLATFORM The present invention discloses a method and system for managing academic event documentation and data collection through a unified digital platform (100). The system comprises an authentication module (210) for secure user access, a centralized dashboard module (206) for integrated control, a QR management module (202) for generating static and dynamic QR codes, a document creation module (204) for standardized pre-event and post-event documentation, and a data storage module (208) for secure archival of records and metadata. The method includes authenticating users, generating customizable QR codes, linking QR codes to event documentation, creating structured event records, and enabling retrieval and distribution of documentation via QR scanning or download options.
