The method comprises: a terminal acquiring parameter information corresponding to a plurality of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCH), wherein the parameter information comprises at least one of the following: resource set information, the number of transmission layers, priority information, or a transmission mode; and on the basis of the parameter information, the terminal determining, from among the plurality of PUSCHs, N PUSCHs for transmission, wherein when N is greater than 1, there is an overlap between the N PUSCHs in a time domain, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1.
