Abstract: The present disclosure describes a urine flow monitoring device, system and method thereof. The system is used for monitoring of urine output in catheterized patients. The system 101 is communicatively coupled to one or more user devices 103 and plurality of urine monitoring devices 104. The system 101 is configured to receive a real-time urine output data of the catheterized patients from the plurality of urine monitoring devices 104. Each monitoring device 104 comprises of a load measurement subsystem 201, a signal conditioning subsystem 202, a processing unit 203, a housing 204, and mechanical suspension assembly 205. The monitoring device 104 measures weight of urine collection bag, computes and detects abnormal conditions based on predefined thresholds. The system 101 further generates and transmits notifications alerts to the user device 103 associated with plurality of urine monitoring devices 104, upon detection of abnormal urine output conditions on real-time basis.
