Abstract: A user equipment (UE) has a radio frequency (RF) transceiver and a processor coupled to the RF transceiver. The processor controls the RF transceiver to initiate establishment of a QUIC (Quick User Datagram Protocol Internet Connection) connection for each quality of service (QoS) flow of a multi-access (MA) protocol data unit (PDU) session. During the establishment of the QUIC connection, the processor controls the RF transceiver to send a QUIC packet to the network entity via a QoS flow of the MA PDU session associated with the QUIC connection. After the establishment of the QUIC connection is completed, the processor controls the RF transceiver to send all uplink traffic of the QUIC connection to the QoS flow associated with the QUIC connection.
