Abstract: From one litter of petrol and diesel. In the exhaust stroke, 10 mega joules above (30% above) of thermal energy is released and wasted. To reduce this waste of thermal energy, a Variable Stroke Length Engine is being introduced. In the Variable Stroke Length Engine, we can change the stroke length according to our application. The VSL Engine is divided into two types. One is a 4 variable stroke length engine (4 VSL Engine) and the second is a 6 Variable stroke length engine (6 VSL Engine). The 4 VSL engine uses atmospheric air and fuel. This 6 VSL Engine uses atmospheric air, fuel, and pure water. One type of fuel is Diesel type, the other is Petrol type, Hydrogen, Ethanol etc. In the diagram on page 2, two compression ratios are given as examples: 10:1 and 10:2. The compression ratio can also be taken as 20:2 instead of 10:2. Take as 10:2. 10:1 can be used where more power HP is needed.10:1 is the power stroke length. So the rest of the stroke length mainly suction stroke length is reduced. The suction stroke length is reduced to 5:1 so that the air required by the cylinder is sent through a turbocharger or supercharger. Because of this, it can spin at high speeds in a short time. Because of this HP increases as rpm increases. 10:2 is used in engines that require high mileage. 10:2 is the suction stroke length. So the rest of the stroke length mainly power stroke length is increased. Power loss decreases as the power stroke length increases beyond a 10:2 compression ratio. of this mileage increases as power stroke length increases. The intake stroke length is not reduced by 10:2. There is no need for a turbocharger or supercharger since the air required for the cylinder is already in the cylinder. This means that if extra air is needed for the cylinder, it is sent through a turbocharger or supercharger.
