Abstract: A vegetable cutting assistive device comprises a platform 101 installed with cylindrical hollow body 102 accessed by a user to insert leafy vegetable, a touch interactive display panel 104 enable a user to provide input, an iris lid 103 accesses to the user for positioning the vegetables, a hydraulic link 202 installed between the body 102 and plate 201 extend and lift the plate, a motorized circular sliding unit 105 installed over apex portion of the body 102 and configured with a dome 106 shaped member having multiple slots 107 installed over the member to enable the user to insert an auxiliary knife, plurality of pneumatic flaps 108 installed over each of the slot, a touch sensor installed in each of the slot to determine presence of the knife in each of the slot, a LED 109 light installed in proximity to each of the slot to emit light.
