Abstract: A vehicle active safety and adaptive glare mitigation system for a vehicle, comprises a structural frame 101 mounted across a frontal bumper region of a vehicle and enclosing at least one headlight housing 102, a control unit operatively coupled with the structural frame 101 and configured to adjust operation parameters, a forward- facing camera 103 to detect approaching vehicles, analyse headlight emission signatures and determine predicted glare-impact coordinates, an adaptive light-modulating assembly comprising electrochromic glass 104 configured to dynamically vary light transmission in response to control signals from the control unit, a motorized light attenuation panel 105 mounted on a lateral motorized slider 106 and coupled with a multi-axis gimbal arrangement 107 to selectively block portions of emitted headlight illumination based on the predicted glare-impact coordinates, an environmental sensor module configured to adjust beam intensity, dispersion angle and pitch, and a driver monitoring module configured to generate alerts.
