The system (100) comprises at least one external station data processing unit (104) communicably coupled with the vehicle data processing units (102). The system (100) comprises a ledger (106) communicably coupled to the vehicle data processing units (102) and the at least one external station data processing unit (104), and configured to store the vehicle attributes data. The at least one external station data processing unit (104) is configured to establish communication between vehicle data processing units of the plurality of vehicles by using a zero-trust certificate-based mutual authentication utilizing vehicle attributes data.
