Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a system and a method for showing welcome glowing pattern through Daytime Running Lights (DRL) headlamp (106) of a vehicle (100). The present subject matter proposes activation of the glowing pattern of the DRL headlamp (106) during ignition key ON or key OFF of the vehicle (100). This feature is being provided to give a better look and improve the aesthetic of the vehicle (100). To have a better aesthetic and good look, the DRL illumination is animated in a specific pattern when the ignition key is turned ON or turned OFF. Such glowing pattern of the DRL headlamp (106) may provide better feel to a rider and more attractiveness to the people who are in the vicinity of the vehicle (100) and are visually observing the vehicle (100).
