Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To provide a vehicle notification control system that, in a state in which a trailer is hitched to a vehicle with a towing function, can obtain accurate obstacle information on obstacles around the vehicle and provide appropriate driving assistance for the vehicle. [Solution] A vehicle notification control system for a vehicle 1 with a towing function includes a first obstacle detection device 10 that is provided on the vehicle 1 and detects an obstacle in a rear area or a lateral rear area external to the vehicle 1; a notification control unit 21 configured to notify the driver driving the vehicle 1 of the presence of the obstacle when the obstacle is detected by the first obstacle detection device 10 and a predetermined notification condition is satisfied; a coupling detection unit 22 configured to detect whether a trailer 2 is hitched to the vehicle 1; a mode changing unit 23 configured to change the operation mode of notification control performed by the notification control unit 21 from a normal mode to a towing mode when the coupling detection unit 22 detects that the trailer 2 is hitched to the vehicle 1; and a notification adjustment unit 24 configured to, when the towing mode is set by the mode changing unit 23, (i) reduce the detection range of the first obstacle detection device 10 for detecting the obstacle relative to the detection range in the normal mode or (ii) change the notification condition to limit the notification control relative to the notification control performed in the normal mode when the obstacle is detected by the first obstacle detection device 10.
