Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Proper diagnosis with an advanced treating modality drives the health care to a wide success. The present invention relates to a multifunctional dental mouth mirror that integrates indirect vision, soft-tissue retraction, suction, and illumination into a single handheld instrument. The device includes a front-surface mirror mounted on a distal head, a contoured retraction unit for displacing cheeks, lips, or tongue, an internal suction conduit with a distal suction port for continuous fluid evacuation, and a low-heat LED illumination unit positioned proximate the mirror surface. These components are combined within an ergonomic, sterilizable handle designed for single-handed operation. The integrated design eliminates the need for multiple separate instruments, improves intraoral visibility, maintains a dry working field, and enhances procedural efficiency and patient comfort during diagnostic, restorative, and preventive dental procedures.
