Abstract: VERSATILE CAPILLARY TUBE-BASED CROSS-FLOW HEAT EXCHANGER FOR MULTI MODE THERMAL MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS , The present invention discloses a highly efficient, versatile, and structurally modular standalone capillary tube-based cross-flow heat exchanger tailored for diverse industrial and consumer thermal sectors. The system comprises an advanced core cooling engine formed by a dense array of micro-capillary channels (10) secured via a strict horizontal alignment framework (8) to optimize convective air translation. Housed within a completely sealed, airproof, and waterproof enclosure (6) insulated with thermal-retaining layers, the standalone system is integrated with compressor-driven circuits to morph alternatively into alternative air conditioning layouts, high efficiency hybrid cooler architectures, high-rate direct fluid radiator profiles, or localized electronic cooling substrates (20). The system utilizes a compressor-optimized thermal storage cycle where a fluid matrix is pre- cooled for a predetermined waiting time to continuously deliver a stabilized regular cooling temperature output, while adaptively supporting optional factory production-stage integration of modular safety cutoff kits and alternative micro-scale tube compositions.
