The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT VIBRATION-DAMPING ATTACHMENT FOR HANDLEBAR The present disclosure relates to a vibration-damping attachment (300) for a hollow handlebar (201) of a vehicle. The vibration-damping attachment (300) comprises an outer damping member (303) configured to be disposed around an outer surface of the handlebar (201), an inner damping member (302) configured to be received within a hollow interior of the handlebar (201), and a connector member (301) configured to rigidly interconnect the outer damping member and the inner damping member such that a wall of the handlebar is retained therebetween. At least one of the outer damping member and the inner damping member comprises a lattice structure having lattice characteristics that vary across a radial direction thereof to provide graded vibration-damping. The graded lattice structure attenuates mechanical vibrations transmitted through the handlebar over a plurality of vibration frequencies, thereby reducing vibration transmitted to a user while maintaining compatibility with conventional hollow handlebars.
