The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT VIBRATION PROTECTION OF MOTOR & CONTROL UNIT FOR TWOWHEELER ELECTRIC VEHICLE A method 500 and system 300 for protecting a two-wheeler electric vehicle from vibrations is 5 disclosed. A microcontroller 310 receives a first vibration signal from a first piezoelectric vibration sensor 306A mounted within a motor control unit 302 of the two- wheeler electric vehicle and receives a second vibration signal from a second piezoelectric vibration sensor positioned proximate to a motor. The microcontroller processes the first vibration signal and the second vibration signal to convert corresponding time-domain vibration data into 10 frequency-domain vibration data and analyzes the frequency-domain vibration data to detect an abnormal vibration pattern based on a deviation from a predetermined vibration threshold. The microcontroller classifies the abnormal vibration pattern into one of a plurality of severity levels according to the magnitude of the deviation, generates a vibration alert signal in response, and displays the vibration alert signal via a display unit to inform a rider of the 15 vibration condition
