MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611045759 A) filed by Satbir Singh; and Baljinder Kaur on April 09, 2026, for Vibratory Screener Apparatus.
Inventor includes Satbir Singh.
The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: A vibrating screener apparatus (1) comprises a vibrating assembly (2) that receives mixed material from a distributor (5) and perform screening under vibratory motion. The vibrating assembly (2) includes a screener body assembly (16) operable in vibration mode to receive the mixed material, and an inlet assembly (19) for receiving the mixed material from the distributor (5) while isolating vibration transfer thereto. A curved screener deck assembly (15) is mounted within the screener body assembly (16) and positioned at an inclination relative to ground level to define a screening path. The curved screener deck assembly (15) includes a curved profile defining an upper screening region (BB) having a lower inclination angle and a lower screening region (CC) having a higher inclination angle, which increases residence time of the mixed material in the upper screening region (BB). At least one vibratory motor (132) imparts vibration, and screened fractions are discharged through an outlet assembly (22) (See FIGS. 1, 2, and 4).
