Abstract: ABSTRACT The invention relates to an intelligent psychological therapy platform called the Virtual Trauma Reprocessing Chamber (VTRC) capable of helping those suffering from trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, phobi,a s and other psychological ailments caused by stress. The system utilizes immersive Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), biometric sensing, emotional computing, digital twin psychology and adaptive therapeutic algorithms, to recreate therapeutic virtual versions of traumatic experiences. While similar to traditional exposure therapy, the proposed invention continuously monitors the patient's emotional statc by tracking a variety of multimodal physiological signals such as heart rate variability, electrodemial activity, respiration, eye movement, facial micro- expressions, voice stress, and optionally EEG signal. Al adjusts the intensity, sequence, environmental parameters and therapeutic pace dynamically according to the emotional threshold of the user in real-time. The invention provides a novel Emotional Threshold Adaptation Engine (ETAE) that avoids emotional overload while ensuring the utmost therapeutic effectiveness. The system also incorporates predictive recovery analytics, therapist-assisted remote monitoring, encrypted therapy logs, and a unique digital resilience scoring. The intended VTRC is designed to create a safer, data-informed, adaptive, and measurable psychological rehabilitation experience that will also increase patient engagement and decrease therapist burden to improve treatment results
