Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a vision-based document data processing apparatus comprising a vision-processing subsystem, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The vision- processing subsystem receives source visual assets and generates corresponding machine-processable content. The storage unit stores records comprising the machine- processable content and corresponding record metadata. The processing unit divides the records into batches, classifies each record according to a predefined classification taxonomy, and generates classification outputs according to a predetermined data format. The processing unit validates the classification outputs, routes records corresponding to invalid classification outputs for reprocessing, excludes records corresponding to a predetermined discard classification, and aggregates schema-compliant classified records into a structured institutional matrix according to corresponding classification identifiers.
