The system comprises an optical imaging module, a transparent fluid sample chamber, a controlled illumination arrangement, an adaptive calibration module, a particle analytics engine, and an artificial intelligence-assisted contamination assessment module. Captured images are automatically calibrated, enhanced, and analyzed to determine particle count, particle size distribution, morphology, particle density, and contamination characteristics. Analytical parameters are integrated to generate a normalized contamination index and classify fluid quality with associated confidence metrics. The system provides real-time visualization, automated decision support, historical trend analysis, and communication with external platforms.
