Abstract: A visually impaired pedestrian assistance device, comprising a platform 101 installed on a surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 to work in sync with a pressure sensor to detect presence of a visually impaired pedestrian over the platform 101, a vibrating unit 104 with each of plurality of dome structure 105 to generate vibrations on the structures when the user steps over the structures to provide alert to the pedestrian is in proximity to a traffic area, multiple extendable rods 106 to extend and deploy over the surface for forming a barrier to prevent the pedestrian from stepping on the road when unsafe, a speaker unit 107 to emit audible alert to the pedestrian regarding the road is safe for crossing, multiple LED lights 108 to emit a visible signal.
