Abstract: The present disclosure provides an integrated health monitoring chair system (300) configured for comprehensive patient assessment. The system features a rotatable seat assembly (24) mounted on a swivel base (25) with an electromagnetic locking system to facilitate wheelchair transfer, embedded with pressure sensor arrays (26, 28). A base platform (29) integrates a folding weighing scale (31) and bioelectrical impedance analysis electrodes (30). An articulated arm system (32) physically integrates a multi-modal sensor suite comprising blood pressure (33), pulse oximetry (34), temperature (36), and a Point-of-Care blood testing module (35). A display unit (20) includes an integrated camera system (37) with RGB, thermal, and depth sensors. A centralized Analog Front End (42) ensures synchronized sampling of sensor signals for sensor fusion. A processing unit (38) performs 3D posture analysis and transmits processed data to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems via the HL7 FHIR protocol.
