Abstract: ABSTRACT VOICE-BASED AI SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED HOME LAYOUT GENERATION AND VISUALIZATION The present invention discloses a voice- based AI home design system (100) that enables users to generate residential floor plan layouts through natural voice or text commands. The system (100) integrates a speech recognition module (120), a natural language processing module (130) employing regular expression parsing, and a procedural layout generation engine (140) incorporating room weight assignment, space allocation, rule-based architectural constraints, and collision detection using axis-aligned bounding box algorithms. Generated layouts are rendered through a 2D rendering engine (150) utilizing scalable vector graphics and are further converted into interactive three-dimensional models by a 3D visualization engine (160) employing wall extrusion and room boundary detection. A data storage module (180) stores generated layouts in structured JSON format for future machine learning optimization. The system (100) eliminates the need for CAD expertise, provides real-time design generation, and creates a machine-learning-ready data pipeline for continuous improvement. [
