Provided is a water leakage investigation planning assistance method that involves making a computer perform: water leakage occurrence level analysis processing that calculates water leakage occurrence levels that indicate the probability of water leakage at water pipes within a set area and presents the water leakage occurrence levels to an investigation planner; and investigation priority level analysis processing that uses investigation priority items set by the investigation planner to calculate priority levels for investigation between the water pipes within the area.
