Abstract: ABSTRACT Water Quality Monitoring Device with Predictive Health-Risk Impact Analysis The water-quality monitoring device (100) utilises optical sensing, spectral illumination, and artificial intelligence to detect and analyse water contaminants. The device comprises a multi-wavelength illumination module (101), a sample cell (102), a signal acquisition and processing module (103), and a smartphone interface (104) for real-time analysis and risk assessment. By illuminating water samples with UV, visible, and NIR light, contaminant-specific optical responses are generated and processed using AI to identify biological, chemical, and other contaminants. This portable device offers a rapid and cost-effective solution for various water-quality monitoring applications. Fig.2
