Abstract: ABSTRACT WEARABLE ADAPTIVE PHYSIOLOGICAL MONITORING SYSTEM FOR FATIGUE SURVEILLANCE A method (100) for wearable integrated adaptive physiological monitoring and real-time surveillance of cognitive fatigue and physical fatigue comprises continuously acquiring (102) synchronized multimodal physiological signals using wearable EEG and PPG sensing devices, the signals including multi-band EEG features associated with cognitive workload and physiological indicators associated with cardiovascular activity, autonomic regulation, and physical exertion, wirelessly transmitting (104) the signals to a processing framework and temporally synchronizing the signals, processing (106) the synchronized signals through an adaptive SPAC pre-processing framework to suppress artifacts and generate energy-balanced multimodal feature representations, supplying (108) the feature representations to a Dynamic Disentangled Graph Fatigue Network performing adaptive fatigue representation learning and modeling time-varying physiological dependencies, generating (110) cognitive fatigue scores, physical fatigue scores, and confidence indicators via reliability-aware attention fusion and uncertainty-aware inference, determining (112) whether fatigue scores exceed safety thresholds, and generating (114) alerts when thresholds are exceeded.
