Abstract: A wearable cardiac risk assessment system, comprising a wearable wristband 101 to be worn by a user, a mouthpiece synced with the wristband 101, comprising a neckband 201 and a semi-circular cup 202, the cup 202 configured to align with and seal around a user’s mouth for breath sampling, a plurality of MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) sensors 204 to detect trace levels of volatile organic compounds including ethane and pentane as biomarkers of oxidative stress and myocardial injury, a sensor unit 102 installed in the wristband 101 to monitor the vital parameters of the user and enable a microcontroller embedded in the wristband 101 to generate an alert via an embedded speaker 103 upon detection of abnormal conditions, and an AI (artificial intelligence) module to analyze and compare the sensor data using trained machine learning models against the predefined thresholds and generate a heart attack risk level.
