Abstract: A wearable health monitoring system for adaptive fasting regulation comprising a wearable member 101 is worn by a user, multiple of motorized rollers 102 for securing, and anchoring the member 101 in a fixed position during operation, a primary sensing unit evaluates physiological stress tolerance during fasting conditions, a secondary sensing unit generate metabolic stability indicators for adaptive fasting control and safety assessment, a tertiary sensing unit generate hydration stability parameters for modifying fasting recommendations, an imaging unit 110 captures facial expressions, micro-movements, and behavioral cues, an IMU correlating physical exertion with facial and behavioral cues detects overexertion, dizziness-related instability, or abnormal movement during fasting, a breath analysis unit detects concentration patterns of acetone in exhaled breath, a fasting readiness score computes a composite readiness score on a scale of 0 to 100, a predictive risk analysis module predicts probability of adverse events.
