Abstract: A wearable ocular phototherapy and ophthalmic nerve stimulation device, comprises of a wearable frame 101 configured to be worn on a head of a user, a light therapy unit 102 to deliver therapeutic optical radiation to the at least one eye, an ophthalmic nerve stimulation unit 103 to deliver electrical stimulation to an ocular/periocular nerve region, a retinal imaging sensor 104 to acquire retinal images of the at least one eye during a therapy session, an ocular blood flow module to generate an ocular blood flow signal indicative of hemodynamic response during the therapy session, and a detachable light blocking cover 201 mounted on the frame 101 configured to be placed over the wearable frame 101 to form a darkened environment for improving retinal imaging signal quality during at least a portion of the therapy session.
