Abstract: A wearable safety device, comprising a wearable body 101 with expandable plates 103 around the neck area, equipped with artificial intelligence-based imaging units 105 for detecting individuals approaching the user, upon threat detection, motorized hinges 106 to deploy the plates 103 and prevent head injury, swivel nozzles 108 to dispense hot glue that adheres the assailant’s footwear to the ground, if the threat persists, telescopically operated rods 111 and a rotating structure 112 are deployed to shield the user, primary sprayers 114 to spray pepper spray in eyes of individuals and secondary sprayers 116 release Oleoresin Capsicum to deter the aggressor, the microcontroller cross-references the threat’s image with a criminal database and projects a hologram to inform the user of any criminal history and a GPS module sends real-time location data to authorities for prompt rescue.
