Abstract: A welfare allocation and distribution system, comprising a kiosk 101 with a biometric authentication unit scanning facial features and fingerprints of a user, a control module process the scanned facial details and fingerprints and evaluates eligibility against a predefined scheme rules, a book and stationery segregator dispensing class-specific bundles, a uniform allocation module 109 dispensing size- appropriate uniforms, an accessory stationery module 111 for releasing stored accessories and, a conveyer belt 113 translating the dispensed materials for further processing, a shuttle and pusher transfer assembly 115 sequentially stacking items into an open carton, a sealing unit packaging the dispensed materials, a code printer and applicator labelling the packages with details of user, multiple rollers delivering sealed and tamper proof packages to a collection counter 126, a cloud-based allocation and analytics module enabling tamper-proof, and explainable distribution operation.
