Abstract: A wheel hub cap manufacturing device, comprising a rectangular base 101 with four telescopic rods 102 attached underneath the base 101, ends of the rods 102 provided with motorized omnidirectional wheels 103 for a locomotion, a conical hopper 104 supported on the base 101 by a pair of support members 105, a plurality of heating elements 106 installed within the hopper 104 for melting of plastic pieces placed in the hopper 104, the container 107 having a plurality of compartments, for storing flakes of different colors, each of the compartments configured with iris lids 117 for dispensing the flakes into the hopper 104, a mold assembly 108 disposed below the hopper 104, the hopper 104 connected with the mold assembly 108 by a pipe 109 configured with a screw within the pipe 109 for injecting the melted plastic into the assembly 108.
