Abstract: Abstract: Wild Guard The present invention relates to an intelligent wildlife detection and alert system, termed WildGuard, designed to enhance safety in residential and rural areas located near forests. The system utilizes CCTV or IP camera feeds to continuously monitor surroundings and capture realtime audio and video data. An embedded artificial intelligence model processes the captured data to detect and identify animals with high accuracy. The system employs deep learning techniques, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and object detection algorithms such as YOLO, to classify animals into wild and domestic categories. Upon detection of a wild or potentially dangerous animal, the system automatically generates alerts and transmits notifications to registered users and authorized personnel through a mobile application or communication network. domestic animals are detedted and recorded without triggering alerts therapy minimizing false alarms. The system further includes features such as live monitoring, detection confidence estimation, alert history storage, and location-based tracking. The use of on-device processmg ensures reduced latency and efficient performance in low-connectivity environments.
