Abstract: A wireless communication method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of communication. The method comprises: a first uplink transmission of a terminal device occupying a first time-domain resource, wherein a second time-domain resource is an overlap between the first time-domain resource and a time-domain resource for an inactive period of cell DRX, and the first time-domain resource comprises a first target time-domain resource and/or a second target time-domain resource; and the terminal device sending the first uplink transmission on the first target time-domain resource, and/or, not sending the first uplink transmission on the second target time-domain resource. When a terminal device is configured with cell DRX, if a time-domain resource occupied by an uplink transmission of the terminal device partially or completely overlaps a time-domain resource occupied by an inactive period of the cell DRX, a solution for how to process the uplink transmission is provided, helping to improve the reliability of the uplink transmission.
