Abstract: Provided are a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first configuration information and second configuration information sent by a network device, wherein the first configuration information and the second configuration information are used for PRACH transmission, and the first configuration information is different from the second configuration information. In embodiments of the present application, the network device may send to the terminal device a plurality of pieces of configuration information (e.g., the first configuration information and the second configuration information) used for PRACH transmission. Different configuration information corresponds to different PRACH transmission modes, which helps to improve the flexibility of the terminal device in PRACH transmission.
